US President Trump signs order imposing fresh levies on Canada, Mexico and China

US President Donald Trump has unleashed the first salvo of his tariff war with hefty new duties on America's top three trading partners. Mr Trump signed an order imposing levies of 25% on goods from Mexico and Canada, and 10% on imports from China. He imposed a lower rate on Canadian energy imports. Nick Harper explains.
